NYPD PHOTO: Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly puts a new spin on things with members of the Harlem Globetrotters, at a game Oct. 5 for approximately 3,000 schoolchildren organized by the Police Athletic League. Commissioner Kelly is the honorary president of the League, which since 1914 has provided recreational, educational, cultural and social activities to 70,000 boys and girls as the city's largest, independent, nonprofit youth organization.
