NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR JUNE 20th & 21st

The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and anticipated traffic delays for the weekend of June 20th and 21st, 2009. Drivers should expect delays in the following areas:

Saturday, June 20th  

 

NY YOUNG REPUBLICANS CLUB FESTIVAL
Manhattan :    1100 x 1800
7th Avenue between West 57th & West 47th Streets closed

10th PCT COMMUNITY COUNCIL 23rd STREET FESTIVAL
Manhattan :    1100 x 1800
West 23rd Street between 7th & 8th Avenues closed

EVANGELICAL CHILDREN’S PARADE
Manhattan :    1000 x 1700
Formation: 97th St from 2nd to Park Aves: 98th St from 3rd to Lexington Aves; 99th St from 2nd to Lexington Aves; 100th St from 3rd to Park Aves & 101st St from 3rd to Lexington Aves
Route: North on 3rd Ave from 97th to 122nd St
Dismissal: 3rd Ave from 122nd to 124th Sts
