Run Course:  Orchard Beach Mall area and Boardwalk

Bike Course:  The twenty mile bike course is held on the three northbound lanes of the Hutchinson River Parkway, between the Cross Bronx Interchange and the New England Thruway.  This distance of 4.5 miles is marked by two cones used as turn-arounds.  The course starts at the Orchard Beach parking lot and proceeds on Shore Road to the traffic circle which leads to the northbound Hutchinson Parkway.  The participants will do two laps and eventually exit the Hutchinson River Parkway via the northbound Orchard Beach exit and return to the Orchard Beach Parking Lot via Shore Road.
