New York City Police Department Announces Street Closures and Expected Traffic Delays for the Weekend of September 6 and 7.

The New York Police Department today announced areas in the city that will be impacted by events planned for Saturday, September 6 and Sunday September 7, 2008. To relieve traffic congestion, the Department urges people who are planning to come to the city this weekend to use public transportation.
