NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND

The New York Police Department today announced areas in the city that will be impacted by events planned for Saturday, August 30, Sunday, August 31 and Monday September 1, 2008. To relieve traffic congestion, the Department urges people who are planning to come to the city this weekend to use public transportation.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 30
