New York City Police Department Announces Street Closures in Midtown Manhattan for the 2007 Nascar Promotion on Wednesday, November 28, 2007.

NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN FOR THE 2007 NASCAR PROMOTION ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2007

The New York City Police Department today announced the following street closures occurring Wednesday morning, November 28, 2007 for the 2007 NASCAR promotion. The closures will begin at 8:20 a.m. and the streets will reopen as the last car passes. All streets will be reopened by 9:30 a.m.

Beginning at 8:20 a.m., the following streets will be temporarily closed:

  • 42nd Street between Broadway and Madison Avenue
  • Madison Avenue between 42nd Street and East 53rd Street
  • 53rd Street between Madison Avenue and Broadway
  • Broadway and Seventh Avenue between West 57th Street and West 42nd Street
