Police Department today announced that areas of Manhattan will be impacted by
events planned for Saturday, October 27 and Sunday, October
28, 2007. To relieve traffic congestion, the Department
urges people who are planning to come to the city this weekend to use public
transportation. All drivers can expect delays.
