TRAFFIC ADVISORY: NEW YORK CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT ANNOUNCES STREET CLOSURES AND EXPECTED TRAFFIC DELAYS FOR AUGUST 17 - 18

The New York Police Department today announced that areas of Manhattan will be impacted by events planned for Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19. To relieve traffic congestion, the Department urges people who are planning to come to the city this weekend to use public transportation. All drivers can expect delays.

Saturday, Aug 17th

SEAPORT COMMUNITY COALITION STREET FESTIVAL
Manhattan
11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Water Street between Fulton and Broad Streets closed.

STONEWALL DEMOCRATIC CLUB STREET FAIR
Manhattan
11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Waverly Place between Broadway and 5th Avenue closed.

NOSTRAND AVENUE MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION FESTIVAL
Brooklyn
