The New York City Police Department today announced the arrest of 19 individuals involved in a drug dealing operation in the Vladeck Housing Development located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The investigation, which began in January 2007, was conducted by members of the Narcotics Bureau’s Manhattan South Major Case Team.

In addition to the arrests, the officers executed two search warrants and confiscated cash, crack and cocaine. Among those arrested were members of the Latin Kings and Bloods gangs.
