Formation: Mott Street from Kenmare Street to Canal Street
Route: South on Mott Street to Worth Street, north around Chatham Square and east on East Broadway to Forsyth Street into Eldridge Street, north on Eldridge Street to Grand Street, west on Grand Street to Chrystie Street.

Parking will be prohibited in the following locations:
* Both sides of Mott Street from Kenmare Street to Canal Street
* Both sides of Mott Street from Canal Street to Chatham Street
* Both sides of East Broadway to Forsyth Street
* Both sides of Grand Street from Eldridge Street to Chrystie Street
* Both sides of Chrystie Street from Hester Street to Broome Street
