Bloomberg And Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly To Host 80th Anniversary Of The New York City Police Department's Shomrim Society On Monday, September 20th, New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will host the 80th anniversary celebration of the Department's Shomrim Society. The Shomrim Society is a fraternal organization of Jewish uniformed and civilian members of the New York City Police Department.
