"Microwave Trucks Only" may park on the rooftop of Pier 90, accessed from the entrance on 54th Street, beginning at 4 a.m. NYPD Press Credentials are required. Microwave Trucks must be in place by 7 a.m. in order satisfy security requirements. No other vehicles may access the rooftop of Pier 90. "Satellite Vehicles Only" may park on 52nd Street between 11th and 12th Avenue.     Email a Friend
