New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly and Queens County District Attorney Richard Brown will hold a press conference announcing the arrest of 30 individuals who participated in a medical insurance fraud operation. This announcement will take place on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the second-floor press room at One Police Plaza.

Immediately preceding this event, Commissioner Kelly will award certificates to three officers who participated in the arrest of two separate rape suspects.
