New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will hold a certificate presentation ceremony honoring three members of service who participated in the arrest of two separate rape suspects. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 15, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the second-floor press room at One Police Plaza.

The honorees are:

* PO Michael Hendriks * 90TH Precinct
* PO Thomas Pisano * 90TH Precinct

Following this event, Commissioner Kelly will announce an important takedown in Queens.
