The New York City Police Department today announced additional security measures that will be in place at Yankee Stadium during the Major League Playoffs, beginning at tomorrow's afternoon game. Due to these
increased security measures, all ticket-holders are urged to use mass transit and allow for extra time to enter the stadium.

No bags will be permitted inside Yankee Stadium during playoff games. All ticket-holders will be subject to search by security personnel. No aircraft will be permitted to fly below 3,000 feet within a one-mile radius of the stadium.

Press parking will be available on the Major Deegan service road north of East 157th Street.
