New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will host the Department's first annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 16, in the first-floor auditorium at One Police
Plaza. All members of the media are invited to attend.

Hispanic members of the New York City Police Department, both uniform and civilian, will be recognized during the ceremony. Commissioner Kelly will deliver remarks.
