New York City Police Department Announces Street Closures And Expected Traffic Delays For Weekend Of September 6-7

The New York City Police Department today announced street closures and expected traffic delays related to events taking place across the city on this weekend. Drivers should expect delays in the following areas.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

LABOR DAY PARADE
Manhattan 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Formation: 44th St. from Vanderbilt Ave. to Broadway, 45th St., 46th St., and 47th St. from Vanderbilt to 7th Ave., 48th St. from Park Ave. to 7th Ave., Vanderbilt Ave. from 42nd St. to 47th St., and 5th Ave.
from 43rd St. to 44th St. Route: North on 5th Ave. from 44th St. to 72nd St.
Dismissal: 5th Ave. from 73rd St. to 78th St. from 5th Ave. to Madison Ave.
