Kelly Announces $10,000 Reward For Information Leading To The Arrest And Conviction Of The Person Wanted For Sexual Assaults In Chelsea And The Bronx New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly today announced a $10,000 reward offered to anyone who supplies information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual wanted for the sexual assault of several women in Chelsea and the Bronx. The Department has released photos and video of the individual that were captured from security cameras. The Department is requesting the public's assistance in finding this criminal, and asking the media to re-release the images captured from surveillance.
