New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly and Hank Seiden, president of the Finest Foundation, will honor six officers with awards and certificates of valor at a ceremony on Wednesday, November 13, at 3 p.m. The ceremony will take place in the second-floor press room at One Police Plaza.

Sergeant Michael Guccione and Police Officers Michael Billotto, David Gomes, Boris Blackmon, William Regina, and Arthur Diemicke will receive the awards for exemplary performance of duty in capturing an armed carjacker in Crown Heights South, Brooklyn. Officer Billotto is from the 63rd Precinct; the other officers are from the 71st Precinct.

The Finest Foundation is sponsoring the awards.
