New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will host the dedication ceremony for the New York Police Department's new pension section on the 19th floor of 233 Broadway on Tuesday, October 29, at 11 a.m.

The fully modernized pension section, which will span floors 19 through 25 of the Woolworth Building, was designed to handle an increasing number of retirees. After the invocation, Commissioner Kelly will deliver remarks.
