New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly To Host The U.S. Navy Association's Annual Recognition Ceremony On Thursday, October 17

New York City Police Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly will host the annual recognition ceremony of the U.S. Navy Association of the New York Police Department on Thursday, October 17, at 4 p.m. The ceremony will take place in the first-floor auditorium of One Police Plaza.

With about 65 members, the U.S. Navy Association of the New York Police Department is an organization of active and retired members of the NYPD, who are also members of the U.S. Navy.
