How To Comply | 1. | Accept at no cost any used, unbroken fluorescent bulb for recycling using an appropriate collection bin. | | 2. | Ensure bulbs collected are intact until the container is sealed. | | 3. | Ensure bulbs are recycled at a permitted facility. | | 4. | Display a sign indicating that intact fluorescent bulbs are accepted for recycling.
