How To Comply 1. | Partner with a charity, manufacturer, or recycler for the collection of cell phones. | | 2. | Accept, at no charge, up to ten used wireless telephones from any person during normal business hours, or pay for the shipping of used wireless telephones to a recycling program directly from that person. | | 3. | Prominently display a sign indicating that used wireless telephones are accepted or free postage paid envelopes are provided. For information about free images and signs visit business take-back signs. | | 4. | Post program information on your website. | | 5. | Ensure each used wireless telephone accepted or shipped is recycled, reused, or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner. |
