The citywide contract for the safe handling of universal and electronic waste is available to all mayoral agencies. Each mayoral agency is responsible for renewing the contract and paying for services it incurs. Using this contract, agencies may dispose of electronics, lighting (including PCB ballasts), mercury waste, and sharps.
