Material Request Form for NYC Agencies and Nonprofits

The decals and flyers offered in the request form below are for NYC agencies and institutions that receive Sanitation collection and are available free of charge from the DSNY Bureau of Waste Prevention, Reuse & Recycling.

K-12 Schools: please use the School Request Form.

Other cities: Our recycling program is supported through local taxpayer dollars. We do not have the funds to provide materials for other municipalities.

NOTE: You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to display and print PDF (Portable Document Format) documents.

Fill out and submit the NYC Agency and Institutional Request Form below (or print and FAX to 212-514-7812). Please allow four weeks for delivery.

Note: DSNY is working to update our decals and public education literature to reflect NYC’s expanded recycling program. Check back this summer to order updated free decals, stickers, and information. In the meantime your existing decals, flyers, and posters still work fine; just know that starting now, you can voluntarily recycle all your rigid plastics.

Recycling Signage

Click on image to see item		NYC Recycle Sign (2-sided sign, 8-1/2" x 11") Shows what to recycle. Distribute to each employee or download and email. Note: this item needs to be updated to reflect expanded plastics recycling program.

Click on image to see item		Indoor "Mixed Paper" Recycling Bin Decal For labeling INDOOR "Mixed Paper" recycling bins (9" x 12"). Order ONE decal for each "Mixed Paper" recycling bin placed in offices, beside desks, copiers, and the mailroom.

		Small "Mixed Paper" Text Decal (clear background with white text; 1.25" x 14") Use to label lids of "Mixed Paper" recycling bins.
