Summary: This section of NY State's Environmental Conservation Law and regulations establishes official NY State recycling emblems for voluntary use and establish standards in conformance with the Federal Trade Commission's "Guides for the Use of Environmental Marketing Claims" to be applied for the use of such emblems and the terms "recycled", "recyclable", and "reusable".
