Law: NYC Administrative Code (Search for Title 17, Chapter 11: Neighbor Notification of Pesticide Application)
Summary: Local Law 36 of 2005 establishes notification requirements for sellers and commercial users of pesticides. These notification procedures were enacted to opt into the NY State Neighbor Notification Law.
