Except for the holidays specified below, the Fresh Kills Compost Site
is open for operation (for companies registered with the Compost Site Permit
Program)
during the following times:
Monday through Friday
7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Saturday: seasonal and subject to demand.

DSNY Truck Measurement Unit
The DSNY Truck Measurement Unit (TMU) will only be available at the Fresh Kills Compost Site during the following times:
Mondays and Fridays from March to November
8:00 am to 12:00 noon
