NYC TV ANNOUNCES NEW SEASON OF PRIMETIME PROGRAMMING FOR CHANNEL 25
"Everything New York, Every Night at 8PM"
NYC TV, the official television network of the City of New York, today announced a new season of primetime programming for channel 25. Every night, from 8PM - 11PM, the station will feature programming that showcases New York City's residents, neighborhoods, history, and diversity.
The new season includes new episodes of original NYC TV productions such as $9.99, Blueprint | New York City, Fashion in Focus, New York Noise, Secrets of New York and Cool in Your Code. Additionally, NYC TV will broadcast a special New York-themed series provided by The History Channel, which, in December 2004, entered into a multi-year corporate marketing partnership with the City to boost tourism, and preserve and promote the City's rich history and heritage.

Blueprint | New York City gives viewers a private tour inside New York City's world-famous local buildings and public spaces. With compelling interviews and vivid images, New York City locations such as Coney Island, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Snug Harbor, and Gracie Mansion come to life.
$9.99 | Tuesdays, 9:00PM
Nominated for an Emmy in 2004, $9.99 shows viewers how to have fun in New York City for less than $10 a day. The show visits parks, museums, restaurants, galleries and other local attractions that span the five boroughs.
NEW YORK NOISE | Tuesdays, 10:00PM
Showcasing rising stars from New York's 'indie' music scene, New York Noise showcases new works by New York bands, independent record labels and directors. The show also features videos shot in the City.
FASHION IN FOCUS | Wednesdays, 9:00PM
Hosted by Jill Latiano, Fashion in Focus examines New York's thriving fashion industry and showcases up-and -coming New York City designers. Viewers can learn about the people and industry trends shaping New York's fashion industry - an important sector in the local economy.
COOL IN YOUR CODE | Tuesdays, 8:30PM
Cool In Your Code travels the City by zip code, exploring what makes each neighborhood unique. Hosts Jamil Mullen, Shirley Rumierk, and Brandon Johnson visit local eateries, check out historical landmarks, and tour attractions.
HISTORY CHANNEL SPECIAL PRESENTATION | Sundays, 8PM
The History Channel, in partnership with the City of New York, draws from its vast library its New York City-themed programming as it looks at the people and places that have influenced and defined the City.
SECRETS OF NEW YORK | Tuesdays, 8PM
Hosted by Kelly Choi, Secrets of New York explores some the untold "secrets" of New York City, like why so many streets in Brooklyn are namedafter fruits and who the first person to call NYC "Gotham" was.
