The Leased Housing Customer Service Unit can help you do the following:
- Provide assistance on Section 8 inquiries
- Review Property Owner requests for certification of eviction due to non-payment of rent or holdover
- Register Property Owners to receive failed inspection notices (NE-1 notice) by e-mail
- List and publicize available apartments for the Section 8 program
- Coordinate with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Department of Housing Preservation and Development on lead paint issues and clearance
