Call the Customer Contact Center (CCC)
for All Repairs

Call the Customer Contact Center (CCC) for emergency repairs in your apartment or in a public space 24 hours a day, seven days a week at: (718) 707-7771. Call the CCC between the hours of 6am and midnight to schedule apartment repairs.

CCC Customer Service Representatives can assist you better when you provide the following information:

  • Your name, address, telephone number and the name of the development in which you live.
  • When the problem started
  • Whether you have previously reported this to the CCC (Work Ticket Numbers)

REDUCE YOUR CALL WAIT TIME - CALL DURING NON-PEAK HOURS - Call volume is heaviest on Mondays and the day after a holiday. The best time to call is usually mid-morning, or afternoons after 4 PM.

During Regular Business Hours - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

When you call the CCC during regular business hours (when the development staff is available):

  1. If it is an emergency, the development staff will be sent
  2. All other repairs within your apartment will be scheduled for you while you are on the telephone.
  3. Repairs and emergencies outside your apartment will be prioritized and addressed by the appropriate staff.

After Regular Business Hours - 4:30 PM - 8:00 AM weekdays, weekends and holidays

When you call after business hours or on weekend or holidays (when development staff is not available) the Customer Service Representative will:

  1. Address emergencies.
  2. Schedule an appointment for any work necessary in your apartment, except for emergencies, between the hours of 6am and midnight. 
  3. Take any other requests for repair in public space and address these based on their priority.
