Repairs by Appointment for Brooklyn Residents

In September, NYCHA expanded access to its Centralized Call Center (CCC) to Brooklyn residents. Adding Brooklyn developments to NYCHA's customer service network is slated to improve efficiencies and customer satisfaction for NYCHA staff and residents.
