Senator Clinton Proposes Replication of
NYCHA’s Grandparent Housing Initiative

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, (center) joined together with Congressman Jose Serrano, (left) and Bronx Borough President Adolfo Carrion, (right) to advocate for passage of a bill that would provide supportive services to family members that care for young relatives when their parents are unable to care for them. Grandparents Family Apartments, built on NYCHA-owned property, is an example of what the legislation proposes to replicate in other cities.

$1,000 to NYCHA Scholarship Fund

JPMorgan Chase helped NYCHA kick off the third annual application process of the NYCHA Resident Scholarship, with a first time donation of $1,000. The scholarship deadline is April 27th!
