NYCHA's training facilities are located throughout New York City. We maintain clean, spacious, well-lit classrooms. At each training facility, there are state-of-the-art audio and video equipment or topic-related machinery, tools, and hardware to reinforce written training material.

The Douglass Training Centers are the headquarters for maintenance training. These centers house classrooms and shops for hands-on training in such areas as basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, refrigerator and range repairs.
