When you are ready to lease a store property from NYCHA,
you must complete the Store Application Package (Parts I, II, III, IV and
V), and submit it along with all the required documentation.
The Store Application Package consists of the Commercial Space Application Form (Part
I and II), the Doing Business Data Form: Real Property Transactions (Part
III), the Facilities Planning Business Questionnaire (Part IV) and the Commercial
Lease Applicant Consent for Credit Check (Part V). The
complete Store Application Package must be completed, printed,
signed and submitted per the instructions on page 1 of the Commercial Space Application. For ease of use, Part II of the Commercial Space Application Form includes an auto-sum/tabulation function.
