Description: The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is issuing a Solicitation to invite qualified laundry vendors to submit bids to install and operate no less than 21 card-operated (no coins) laundry machines at one (1) of its laundry rooms located in Queens at Pomonok Houses development. The winning bidder will be awarded a three (3) year license agreement allowing them to install and operate their own laundry machines within the development's basement laundry room. NYCHA is seeking to install not less than eleven (11) washing machines and ten dryers.
