The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is implementing a number of Oracle applications that will help the Authority better manage its procurement processes. One of the applications, called “iSupplier,” is a communication portal that will provide vendors with numerous options, among them the ability to:
- Download bid packages FREE
- Receive Requests for Quotations (Proposal) via e-mail
- Submit bids online
- Track payments online
