Mayoral Executive Order 120, issued July 22, 2008, is the Citywide policy on language access to ensure the effective delivery of City services.  This policy requires all City agencies that provide direct public services to ensure meaningful access to services by taking reasonable steps to develop and implement agency-specific language assistance plans regarding limited English proficient persons.
