Anne-Marie Flatley was named Vice President of the Department of Research and Management Analysis for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) in July 2014. She was previously the Director for this department in March 2009. In this capacity, she provided essential executive support to the Executive and operational departments in the areas of data collection and analytics, public policy research, and tactical studies. Ms. Flatley also was responsible for the provision of executive support for NYCHA’s mandated reporting to oversight agencies.
Ms. Flatley joined NYCHA in 1998 and has held a series of progressively responsible positions. Prior to that, she served as the Local Government Account Manager for Esri, a mapping software company. She also served as a Geographic Information Systems Specialist for the Philadelphia City Planning Commission and as a Research Assistant for the Wharton Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Flatley received her Master of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed NYCHA’s Leadership Academy in 2007 and Executive Leadership Academy in 2011.
