|  NYCHA’s eFORMS initiative has been honored as one of the top three winners of the 2004 Digital Government Achievement Award in an international competition for government agencies. Sponsored by The Center for Digital Government, which administers the National Best of The Web competition, the award includes government web-based applications as well as web sites. NYCHA’s eFORMS application enables users to access, complete and sometimes submit myriad forms directly from their desktop computer. |  |
