I
was born on May 10, 1948 in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. I studied
at the Catholic University of Ponce, P.R.
My
teaching career began in Mayaguez , in 1972. In 1974 I came
to the City of New York, and on October 11 of that year I
began teaching American History in Brooklyn, NYC.
Today,
after teaching for the last 27 years, in the NYC Junior High
Schools, and in the Borigua College(1990-1995), I am also
a Pentecostal Minister, Married to Raquel Pizarro, and the
proud father of Elias Miguel Blancovitch Blancovitch. Thank
