Good Governance Guide
Governance Matters developed a Good Governance Guide to help not-for-profit board members and executives assess their own organization as well as to help funders engage nonprofit organizations in dialogue aimed at improving board performance and, ultimately, the impact of the donor's grant. The areas and questions regarding good governance practices are available online or the guide can be printed.
