MOCS is responsible for publishing the Annual Procurement Indicator Report for the City of New York which is one of the largest contracting jurisdictions in the nation. The report provides statistics on such items as:
- Purchase and Procurement Methods
- Competitiveness
- Procurement Timeliness
- Contract Administration
- Vendor Responsibility; and
- Business Opportunities with the City
Additionally, the Report updates various policy initiatives including Project Labor Agreements, Apprenticeship Programs, Environmentally Preferable Purchasing, Local Law 129 and Access for Minority and Women owned businesses and insurance equity and availabilty.
