Minority & Women Business Enterprise
The City’s Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program was created to increase opportunities for certified M/WBE firms to participate in City Contracts. The program applies to certain contracts for goods, construction, standard services, and professional services. The M/WBE program is administered jointly by MOCS and the Department of Small Business Services (SBS).
