Avan’s passion for acting began at the tender age of ten when he was asked to take the lead in his school play, Harry Potter. Seeking to further his studies in the performance arts, Avan completed various drama courses with flying colours, including the Tarlington Training program. Avan’s dedication to acting recently landed him lead roles in Nickelodeon’s Spectacular! and Gym Teacher: The Movie. Upcoming projects include the role of Ben Stark on Caprica, a prequel series toBattlestar Galactica. Currently, Avan is auditioning for some top secret roles and splits his time between Vancouver and Los Angeles.
