Thomas Jefferson High School

Thomas Jefferson High School, located in East New York, Brooklyn, has been a New York City public school since Mayor Hylan opened the school in the 1920's.  Broken into several schools in 2007 - including the High School for Civil Rights, FDNY High School for Fire and Life Safety, the Performing Arts and Technology High School, and the WATCH (World Academy for Total Community Health) School - Thomas Jefferson athletic teams perform as the Thomas Jefferson Orange Wave.  Past alumni include NFL and NBA players, and current student Ebenezer Ogundeko is New York State's top prospect.

Erasmus High School

Erasmus Hall High School's history dates back to 1786 Dutch settlers.  Today the school, located on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn, is now seperated into 4 separate schools on the same campus - Academy for College Preparation and Career Exploration, Academy of Hospitality and Tourism, High SChool for Service and Learning, High School for Youth and Community Development, and the Science, Technology and Research Early College High School/Middle School.  owing to the school's rich history, their mascot is the Dutchmen and the school has many notable alumni including Sid Luckman, a former NFL quarterback and pro football hall of famer, and Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis.  Erasmus lost to Lincoln high school in last December's PSAL championship in Yankee stadium.  The team is coached by Danny Landberg.

Lincoln High School

Defending PSAL champ Abraham Lincoln High School, located in Coney Island, has been a New York City public school since 1929.  The Lincoln High School railsplitters were featured on NYC life's previous look at high school sports, City Hardwood.  This year, coach Shawn O'Connor attempts to lead his team to a championship repeat and another 13-0 record.
