Bronx Flavor

Can he save the city?
Does he get the girl?
More importantly...are there seconds on the goat soup and fufu?
Bronx Flavor is a one of a kind adventure series that combines serious culinary journalism and outrageous sketch comedy. Wild and dashing host Baron Ambrosia pulls viewers deep into the raging seas of gastronomical passion. Each episode showcases a local Bronx eatery which finds itself at the center of the Baron's twisting and fantastical story world. With a preposterous cast of local characters and restaurants that will entice even the most jaded foodies, Bronx Flavor is uptown excess at its most decadent and delicious.

Bronx Flavor is produced by BronxNet, the independent not-for-profit 501c3 serving the people of the Bronx through media production training and access to technology and television channels. BronxNet produces award winning programming by, for, and about the Bronx, while training the
public and students to produce programs to share with their neighbors. BronxNet has provided training and media access to thousands of Bronx residents. The BronxNet Training Program for Future Media Professionals has provided media access and hands on training to over 2000 high school and college students.

Each channel presents a unique brand of programming: Channel 67 focuses on public affairs programs produced by the station. 67's programs keep viewers up-to-date on local issues and face-to-face with the borough's representatives. Channel 68 features arts and entertainment programs including many that spotlight local artists. Channel 69 includes a host of foreign language programs of special interest to the various nationalities that make up the borough. Channel 70 is largely dedicated to informational programs produced by local organizations as well as inspirational programs produced by local churches. BronxNet programs four channels - 67, 68, 69 and 70 - on the Cablevision system and six channels - 33, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 38 on the Verizon FiOS system in the Bronx.
