Central Harlem

Manhattan Community Board 10 is the most local form of government representing Central Harlem. The purpose of the Community Board is to ensure that city services are accessible and responsive to residents, organizations, businesses and institutions of Central Harlem. By hosting regular meetings open to the public, Community Board 10 acts as a conduit for communicating events, addressing local concerns and processing municipal applications of various sorts. The Community Board also plays an important advisory role in planning, land use, zoning and the City budget.

Community Board 10 is here to improve the quality of life for all New Yorkers with interests in the community. If you have any problems with your community, please feel free to contact us.
