The New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA) is currently updating our online security policies in alignment with NYC.ID, New York City’s Centralized Public Identity Management system. NYC.ID is a single user log in which you can use to access multiple different applications across for a variety of city agencies. This update will change the way organizations register for and access their DCLA Cultural Development Fund Account (where you submit online CDF applications and final reports) but the new system will be very similar to existing Registration processes. 

While this update is taking place, organizations will not be able to access current or past applications and reports on our website.  We appreciate your patience during the transition, which is expected to take approximately three weeks.   Once the update is completed, detailed instructions will be provided for how to register for and access this information.  We are committed to serving you through this site.  If you have any questions please contact your program specialist directly or call the Programs Help Desk at 212-513-9381.
