	Propose a Landmark or District The Commission asks members of the public who propose individual properties and districts for landmark status to fill out a Request for Evaluation (RFE) form. After the form is completed, the LPC staff will evaluate the property or district to determine whether it meets the criteria for landmark designation, and may recommend it for consideration by the Commission. The RFE form asks for as much information about the property or district as possible, including photographs or slides. Request for Evaluation Form
